“I love this product!! Thank you so very much for bringing it to market. I’ve used Primatene for years and was extremely disappointed when they didn’t reformulate to meet the deadline.
I had to contact a doctor to get a prescription inhaler but never felt like it worked. I always felt tight in the chest no matter how many times I used it and I didn’t want to resort to steroidal inhalers.
I love Asthmanefrin because it actually provides sustained relief. At first, I really didn’t like the atomizer because it is bulky but I quickly realized it provides a vapor that goes deep into the lungs and provides lasting relief of symptoms. The pouch is very handy to carry the atomizer and a supply of ampules (I just need a bigger purse!) You keep this product on the market and I will be a life-long consumer! :)”

    I purchased your product about two months ago, and I was very pleased with the the beginning results…however the atomizer is not working like it should be, and I’m wasting many vials now with no results. I used Primatene my whole life, so I know how to use an inhaler. I have cleaned and taken care of your product, but it seems to be clogged up beyond fixable right now.. I would like a new atomizer that works properly please.

    I await your response as soon as possible, because I need to breath. I purchased the atomizer in Walmart in Orange City Florida.

    First, I would like to apologize to you for this inconvenience. We
    have made a change to the cleaning instructions posted on our website; we now
    recommend that you let the medication cup soak for three minutes rather than
    fifteen.

    We would like send a replacement medication cup in the mail to you today. Please fill out the “contact us” form with all of your information including the serial number off of the bottom of your EZ Breathe Atomizer (it usually begins with a 120..) your address, and your telephone number in case we need to reach you. In this package I will also send a prepaid return package to you; in it, please send the medication cup that no longer works, back to us.

    I purchased the EZ Breathe Atomizer about 2 months ago. I have been cleaning it by soaking it for 15 minutes in distilled water and then a mixture of water and vinegar but it doesn’t work correctly. When you turn it on, a quick puff comes out and then nothing. I would really like some advice on how to fix it or get a replacement. Thank you. Mark Bonday

    Hi my atomizer is clogged too!! I’ve lost alot of the medication because of this and would perfer not to spend another $60 on a new atomizer. I need a new cup as well

    My inhaler became clogged recently as well, I have been cleaning it in water after use but have not used the vinegar yet. Should soaking it in the vinegar stop the clogging or is this a different issue? This is nearly an emergency situation because I cannot breathe and am unable to get my nebulizer to work. Are there any other tips for unclogging if vinegar doesn’t work?

    My atomizer quit working. It is only a couple months old. It only has 2 electrodes and looks like it should have 3. Are they known to fall out easily and get lost? What do I do?

    My atomizer is less than 2 months old and quit when I really needed it tonight. I live in a remote area and thought I would have to call a Flight for Life! I need something dependable and can not afford Dr.’s office calls and expensive meds.

    I had a replacement cup sent to
    Me about a month ago because the top wouldn’t stay closed. Now, it won’t produce any mist
    Whatsoever. I clean it per instructions on the website. The medicine works great when you can get the atomizer to work. Please help.

    My atomizer quit working, and can not afford to spend another $60.00 on a new starter kit i need help can not breathe. I have cleaned after every use done everything by instructions.

    I contacted you about a month ago concerning my EZ Atomozer not working properly, this will be my second message to you, I am getting fustrated. I purchased 2 EZ Breathe Atomizer’s one in November of 2012 and one in December of 2012, the 1st one quit working which is why I bought another, now it is not working, I am fustrated that I have spent 120 on 2 of these things and now they do not work.. Please contact me ASAP!!!!!!!!!!

    I love your product, but my atomizer has stopped working. Nothing at all will come out. I do follow the instructions and clean the cup after each use. It worked fine for a while, about a month or so, but now I have to work with for at least 10 minutes in order to get just a litte mist to come out. Please advise on what to do. It’s scary to think that I might need it and it won’t work.

    I had a replacement cup sent to me a couple of months ago, but now it is barely working. I only clean it using distilled water, but I wanted it to do a thorough using the vinegar cleaning instructions. The vinegar water mixture made things worse. We can’t keep replacing the cups every 2 months. The medicine works great, but cleaning the cup doesn’t work. Please help.

    I bought ezbreath a month ago and now it doesn’t work. I see that this is common. Perhaps to common for a product that is on the market? Don’t worry I have your customer service number.

    I too am having the same issues with my atomizer. It worked great when I bought it two months ago. I was so excited to see a new OTC inhailer but now it barely puts anything out. I am waiting medicine and money. I have cleaned and cared for it according to the instructions and nothing works.

    Like so many posts before mine, I two have paid the money for two new units, and like so many (most?) now have two non-working units. With the first units initial output, I was actually fairly excited. It worked. Very quickly that changed, with it beginning to sputter and make less and less vapor. I too have cleaned as per the instructions and have treated them with care. What advise do you have for me.

    I, like so many others, am having the same problem with my atomizer not working. It seems to be clogged. I have cleaned it as the directions instruct, but nothing seems to work. I can’t afford to buy another atomizer. I have wasted at least half (15) of the refills that I bought. Is it possible to get a replacement medicine cup (that works)? I really like the product (when it works). I’ve only had the atomizer for 2 months. I TRULY look forward to your response. Thank you in advance for your cooperation in this matter.
